VOLLT are accredited wholly by the Office of Zero Emission Vehicles, the department regulated by the DVLA for management of Electric Vehicles and infrastructure in the UK.

VOLLT EV chargers are registered under the OZEV grant scheme for workplace and home charging, this means you take advantage of up to ยฃ14,000 for commercial charging or ยฃ350 per charging socket. See the information below and see if you qualify.

Workplace Scheme (WCS)

What is the Workplace Charging Scheme?

The Workplace Charging Scheme is designed to assist businesses and fleet operators by providing financial relief towards the cost of charging infrastructure and installation.

The WCS reduces the overall purchase and installation cost of a new workplace charging station by 75% capping it at ยฃ350 per charging socket for a maximum of 40 charging sockets per business.ย 

What is required to qualify for WCS?

The workplace charge scheme is open to all businesses interested in reducing their carbon footprint, so long as they meet the requirements which are listed below.

  • Dedicated off-street parking โ€“ Parking spaces for EV chargers
  • Your installation carried out by an OZEV approved installer
  • You must own the property or have authorisation from your landlord for EV chargers to be installed at all the business locations listed in the application

How do I claim the Workplace charge scheme?

Follow the link and fill in the online form. When your application is completed, You will receive a voucher code within 5 business days, ensure you provide this to VOLLT and we will manage the rest.

Electric Vehicle Homecharging Scheme (EVHS)

What is the Electric Vehicle Homecharging Scheme?

The OZEV homecharging scheme is a grant available for home owners who are or have recently purchased an Electric Vehicle, there are a few requirements so please read our blog or FAQs for more detail.

Does my vehicle qualify for the grant?

The majority of plug-in vehicles qualify for the OZEV EVHS grant but for dual fuel vehicles, CO2 emissions must be calculated below 75g/km. Use thisย listย (maintained by OZEV) to verify if your vehicle is eligible for the grant.

You are only eligible for 1 charger per vehicle and up to 2 sockets per household.

How do I claim the grant?

Our Installation partners are incredibly experienced with OZEV, they will guide you through the application process. If you are stuck at any point, please contact customer services who will provide you with further information.

Why do I need a Smart EV charger?

A smart EV charger is great for home use. It ensures you are not overloading your current electrical system by diagnosing energy usage, you could even schedule it to charge at specific times of the day.
